What we collect

CineVellum stores the account information you provide, saved prompts and versions, character profiles, reference-asset metadata, and usage events needed to operate the service.

Reference assets are stored privately. Temporary signed access is used only when an authorized workflow needs the file.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate you, create and organize prompts, enforce plan limits, secure user-owned records, and improve reliability. User content is not treated as trusted system instruction.

Live prompt creation may send the minimum necessary creative input to the configured AI provider. Provider handling is governed by that provider’s terms and the service configuration.

Security and retention

Ownership rules restrict records and files to the authenticated account. Sensitive credentials remain server-side, and exports exclude private URLs, internal identifiers, hidden instructions, and raw provider responses.

You may delete saved work from the product. Operational backups and security logs may persist for a limited period where required for reliability and abuse prevention.

Contact and changes

A production operator must add a verified legal entity name and privacy contact before public launch. Material policy changes should be communicated in the product.
