The service
CineVellum helps users create, refine, troubleshoot, translate, save, and organize prompts for supported image and video tools. CineVellum does not claim to generate media directly unless a documented provider integration is active.
Prompt suggestions are creative assistance. Results from third-party generation tools can vary and are not guaranteed.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for content you submit, rights to uploaded references, and how exported prompts are used. Do not upload unlawful material, infringe others’ rights, attempt to bypass safety systems, or access another user’s account or files.
Safe Rewrite is designed to produce respectful alternatives, not evade moderation.
Accounts and plans
Keep account credentials secure. Usage limits are enforced by the server and may differ by plan. CineVellum can operate without payment processing; no paid entitlement exists unless the production operator separately enables and documents one.
Launch requirement
These terms are a product-ready draft, not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review. A production operator must add its legal entity, governing law, contact information, and any required consumer disclosures before public launch.
